Our stay at The Pointe at Castle Hill was largely enjoyable, featuring clean and spacious suites that felt more like home. The staff, especially Kiersten, provided outstanding service, making sure we felt comfortable even with a few hiccups. While the amenities like the indoor pool and hot tub were great for relaxation, the restaurant was a highlight, though we felt the pricing could be improved in some areas. Overall, it offered good value, especially with the Groupon deal we found, which enhanced our experience.

I had a delightful stay at this hidden gem, where the quality of the rooms truly exceeded my expectations. The spacious suites felt like home with their beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. While the dining experience at the hotel restaurant was enjoyable, I believe a more extensive breakfast selection would have enhanced my visit. Overall, the value for money is excellent, especially with the options available through Groupon, but I did encounter some challenges with the spa service which could use improvement.
