Our stay at The Pointe at Castle Hill was largely enjoyable, featuring clean and spacious suites that felt more like home. The staff, especially Kiersten, provided outstanding service, making sure we felt comfortable even with a few hiccups. While the amenities like the indoor pool and hot tub were great for relaxation, the restaurant was a highlight, though we felt the pricing could be improved in some areas. Overall, it offered good value, especially with the Groupon deal we found, which enhanced our experience.
